Hey I really enjoyed your "Eating in SF" class for the admitted students of USF, my friend and I talked about it all day. The fact that you are so inspired by people and food and life makes me equally excited about those things. Hopefully I will see you again in the future!!

Silver Eating in SF is very important we had some conversation about how people take Food that we eat for granted and yet the people who pick up crops are mostly Hispanics in Latin America who gets paid less then a dollar in 90 degree weather it is important to find alternative ways how the US can establish a way to do things more ethically on produce

i really enjoyed the " Eating in SF" class, I can't wait to take it in a few years. I look forward to learning more about the process of agriculture and where my food comes from.
