david horsey has it right.the democrats should propose a reduction of 21,500 US troops in iraq. if after one month, less human beings are killed in iraq than the month before, we should reduce our troops by another 21,500 the following month, and then another 21,500 the month after that, and the one after that, until the united states military is completely out of iraq.
